Stacy Sagona began working at the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s Office as a summer worker in 1986. She was hired full time in 1989 as a court minute clerk and was promoted to civil minute clerk and elections supervisor in 2004. In May of 2015 she took on the additional duties of Manager of the Donaldsonville Office and was named Chief Deputy Clerk of Court in January of 2019.
A graduate of Nicholls State University, Stacy is a Certified Deputy Clerk of Court and is a member of the Louisiana Clerks of Court Association. She is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Ascension. Stacy is also a volunteer for the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office Rape Crisis Support Team and a Committee Member of the Donaldsonville Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
Stacy is a lifelong resident of Ascension Parish and is married to Richard Sagona. They reside in Donaldsonville.
